Detergent 01
Use:Deoiling agent,Detergent, low foam, biodegradable, non-toxic, no harmful substances, particularly
used in flow-jet.
Appearance:From colorless to light yellow transparent liquid.
PH Value: 6.5 (10g/l solution)
Ionicity:Nonionic
Appearance of aqueous solution:Milky
Stability to hard water:Up to 30°dH
Electrolyte stability:Good stability to 50 g/l sodium sulfate and sodium chloride.
Stability to pH changes:Stable over the entire pH range.
Compatibility: Compatible with various ionic products and dyes.
Storage stability
keep well under indoor conditions for 12 months; to avoid long-term storage under high
temperature or frost conditions, it is recommended that it be sealed after each sampling.
Performance
Detergent 01 is a detergent that has a strong emulsification ability for various
lubricating oil commonly used on knitting needles. It is especially suitable for scouring of
knitted cotton and its blended.
In the initial washing stage when the temperature of the working bath is still at 30-40°C,
Detergent 01 can remove more than 60-70% of the spot. Due to this synergistic function,
Detergent 01 does not need to increase the temperature to make the oil dispersed. In this
way, the fatty substances can be completely washed away at a relatively low temperature,
such as in the range of 60-70°C. In this way, if the processed product does not need to be
bleached, energy conservation can be achieved and greatly reduced pretreatment time.
Detergent 01 has good washing ability and anti-redeposition effect on wax and natural
paraffin contained in the fiber.
Detergent 01 is stable to acids, alkalis, reducing agents and oxidants. It can be used in
acidic cleaning processes and bleaching baths with a variety of whitening agents.
Detergent 01 is a low foaming detergent, so it can be adapted to various types of
equipment.
Detergent 01 can also be used in the scouring process of products containing synthetic
fibers, because the coning oils used in this type of fiber during spinning is usually similar in
type to the lubricant used on knitting machines.
Detergent 01 is also suitable for the scouring of sewing threads and yarns.
Detergent 01 does not contain phenol derivatives or halogenated toxic solvents; the
solvents contained in the product can degrade quickly, so it can be considered as “easily
biodegradable” products.
Solution preparation
Detergent 01 can be prepared by simple dilution with cold water. We do not recommend
the preparation of stock-solution as they may separate during prolonged storage.
Dosage
The dosage of Detergent01 depends on the type of fabric concerned, the effect of
washing required, the machine used and the method used:
Wool blended yarn 1-1.5% o.w.f
Cotton and its blended yarn 1.5-2% o.w.f
Fabrics in jigger and in beam-dyeing 2–3% o.w.f
Knitted fabrics processed in flow-jet 1-3 g/l
Wetting effect on fabric in continuous process 3-5 g/l
Garment of cotton and its blended fabrics
Dyeing machine cleaning (under alkali-reducing agent) 2-5 g/l
Cleaning of the sizing bowl (with hot water) 5-15 g/l
