Characteristic
LEVELING AGENT 01 is an anionic / non-ionic levelling agent, it had affinity with both
cashmere and wool fiber (PAM) and dyes. therefore, it has good retarding dyeing, excellent
penetration and even dyeing properties. It has a good adjusting effect on synchronizing dyeing and
exhaustion regulation for trichromatic combination dyeing and Easily-unevenly dyed fabrics
LEVELING AGENT 01 AGENT 01 has a good effect on the improvement of uneven color or too
deep dyeing and has good discharge performance.
Dosage:
Dyeing
The dosage of LEVELING AGENT 01 should be strictly according to the dosage of dyes,
usually 0.5%-2.5%. For fabrics with poor dyeing uniformity, the dosage can be increased.
LEVELING AGENT 01 should have been added to the dye bath to adjust the pH before adding
the dyes and salts
for polyamide fiber dyeing which is easily unevenly dyed, pls add LEVELING AGENT 01 and
gradually heat it to 95-98°c or even 110-115°c before adding dyes. The cycle preheating treatment
is 10-20min, then add cold water to cool it to 40-50 ° c, then add dyes, adjust pH, and start dyeing.
Color Repairing
Use 1%-3% LEVELING AGENT 01 and heat it to boil in an ammonia bath (2-4%), which can
repair uneven dyeing or too deep dyeing.
