block silicone oil 3300
is a block silicone softener; it can be used in various fabrics such as cotton and its blends, rayon, viscose fiber, synthetic fiber, silk, wool, etc. Especially suited for synthetic fiber, nylon & spandex, polyester plush, polar fleece, coral velvet, PV velvet and
wool fabrics. It can provide fabric with soft, smooth, fluffy and low yellowing.
Excellent product stability, stable at alkali, acid or high temperature finishing;
Avoid silicone emulsion broken and sticky roller
Application (in 10% dilution):
By Padding: 10-30g/L
By exhaustion: in normal exhaustion process is ok with dosage of 1~3% owf,
But it can’t be used in jet overflow dyeing machine.
